“This place is amazing from The best customer service I have ever had, as well as the knowledge. For my son is a goalie and I don’t know much about lacrosse. He didn’t try to sell me things that my son did not need like a lot of places will do. And his emergency stringing service is absolutely amazing my son has his back in a couple days mind you, he must be stringing at least 10 a day. if your son or Daughter plays lacrosse or you play lacrosse this is the place to go.”

“This store has a decent inventory. They are trying to work out some kinks in pricing and programs. After using their demo program which afforded me the ability to try different types of skis this season, I was frustrated at what felt like negotiating final cost of price of purchasing a final setup I chose. However, the manager was super nice and explained what’s going on. His bedside manner and another employees (Skye) left me feeling alright about the overall experience-and the final deal felt comfortable for me. A nice spot on a bit of a learning curve.”
“Drove 45 minutes to give this place a try with my family. We got ice skates for me and my husband. He was so funny cracking jokes with my daughter. Very sarcastic funny owner. He was helpful more helpful than the owner of Dicks sporting goods. Will be going to him for my sports need and ice skate sharpening from now on. Worth the drive.”

“Exceptional service in buying my son's skis. We felt no sales pressure but once we were ready to discuss options they were great in explaining the different skis and what would work best for his type of skiing. They also called other stores looking for ski poles. We were surprised that they told us to wait so we could walk out with our skis fully binded and ready to hit the mountain. Highly recommend Sport Loft in Chelmsford. Shop local stores for the A+ service!”

“This is a great place to get any award, or update any trophy. I have been updating our fantasy football and basketball trophies for at least 6 years now. They usually have it done in a week. They produce great visual items here. So easy to talk to and explain what you're looking for. Great value for the price. Family business with friendly helpers greeting as you enter.”
“They sold us non-matching skis. We went back with the receipt 3 weeks later and they refused to take them back because they were a matching set. At the end of the season they again refused them because the skis didn’t match. We never used them.
Update: the manager and I had a discussion and they’ve agreed to give us store credit. I’m happy with the overall outcome.”

“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.”
