“Very clean, organized and the cashier will check you out quickly. I was surprised by the selection of spirits, particularly the mead. I'll make sure to choose this location as my primary shopping location.”
“Always loved the Hampden Market and was so happy when Armata took it over. Love what they have done with the organization, automatic doors, and checkout registers. The staff is excellent: cordial and helpful.
One of our favorite items to purchase was mixed salads from the deli: egg salad, ham salad, and tuna. Tuesday I bought two pounds of the tuna salad and two of the ham salad. The ham salad was excellent - every bit as excellent as The Hampden Market’s was.
The tuna salad was another story. It did have plenty of bits of celery, but……. It was very dry and LACED WITH GARLIC POWDER (?) which could be smelled as soon as we took off the cover. Frankly, I don’t feel ANY garlic should be in tuna salad, but I think anyone would agree this batch would qualify as OVERLOADED with it. From now on I will ask for a sample taste.
Nevertheless, we love having Armata’s in Hampden.”

“The Wilbraham bigY is my favorite ! You can’t go wrong with the family fish, fry, fish and chip dinner, we do that probably once a week we do the pizza shop pizza probably once a week and that has never disappointed us , big hearty slices for a reasonable price, cooked fresh… We get all of our birthday cakes from the bakery. I do all of my weekly shopping at big Y Wilbraham. I love the cleanliness & the convenience . Love the big open doors when you walk in makes you feel like you’re in a Tuscan marker, area not right on Boston Road. I enjoy all my experiences there and the staff is nice.”

“Great selection of ready to go meals ? and deserts if you don't have time to prep your meals after work then head to Delaney's and grab what you would like to eat all prepared for you with lots to chose from and all the dishes that I have tried are delicious and I purchase the meals for 2 and my wife and I split them and there's plenty of food and it's way better than getting fast food and it costs about the same or less depending on what you buy give it a try I guarantee you will be back trying different meals especially if you don't have much time for prepping food after work and cleaning up the mess ?”
“Easy parking. Very expensive and not much in choice of products. The produce is AWFUL, very often moldy vegetables and fruit. Not my favorite store and definitely only go for convenience.”
“Every time we go to Massachusetts the Ludlow Road Big Y is our favourite for many reasons.
It’s always clean, organised and well stocked. There was not a single item that was out of place! The staff are wonderful and it shows that they take great pride in their workplace.
The Bakery is amazing and the baked goods they have are always fresh. Their Italian bread is exceptional and paired perfectly with the vegetable soup I made.
Fruit and vegetables are fresh and vibrant.
They also have a huge selection of fresh fish with no pungent odours!
And to top it all off a pharmacy for any medical needs.”

“The lady at the counter is incredibly rude on the phone and has a really nasty attitude.Edit: 9/3/22: I stopped here for a drink yesterday and the young man behind the counter was incredibly nice and extremely customer service oriented. I have bumped my review up to 4 stars as I actually did have a good customer service interaction. They are not a bad store overall, it just depends who's working.”

“I used to own an iguarana for a pet. It was adorable. Soda of choice for the Brazilians. It's a really excellent product which I have been loving ever since I first tried it in Brazil but one person I know loves that way more than I do and that person is named Barbie. This is one of my favourite sodas even though it's a little on the sweet side and has a strange taste. It's made from some kind of Guarana syrup which is apparently sourced from the Amazon region and it's the Brazilian national drink. It is to them what Coca-Cola is to America - but it's definitely got more about it than Coca-Cola and I highly recommend giving it a try even though it is clearly not very good for you. Maybe that's why the Brazilians have such ample charms in the rear Department.”

“This was a great experience. I was able to stop in and find what I was looking for easily. The staff here were very friendly and professional. The isles were wide enough for plenty of people to look at what was offered. Parking was convenient with a large lot right outside. I am looking forward to going back again soon!”
