“Wilbraham U-Store-It is was one of those little gems that you may overlook. My experience with other storage companies in Wilbraham all left something to be desired. Constantly baiting and switching and generally difficult to do business with. All that lead me to Wilbraham U-Store-It, the storage company I stayed many years with until leaving the area. The units are spacious, fairly priced and very accessible. They don't keep raising their prices and the office staff is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They go out of their way to treat you well. Highly recommend.”
“It's a storage facility. I rate it in the top 25% of what's out there. However, their pricing was best in the area and their manager was extremely helpful. I read a couple of other reviews from the year 2009 and totally believe they were written by a competitor. Hey... I needed to store my property and these people went out of their way to assist.”

“Walked the lot that was full of great options, found a beautiful 10x20 shed took about ten minutes to finalize the purchase. Within a week it was delivered without issue. The installer was truly skilled and we were very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism in setting/leveling the shed exactly where we wanted. Great shed and great people bringing it to you. I will recommend you to everyone looking, thank you.”

“I needed short term storage and found Cold Spring Self Storage to be an excellent option. The units have no electricity nor temperature control but this was not an issue in my case. The owners are responsive, honest, professional and easy to work with. I had a completely excellent experience.”
“Barbara was gem helping me rent a unit for the year. When paid in full up front, Apple offers a 10% (6 months) or 20% (12 mos) discount on the monthly rental fee. There's also a one time security deposit to cover any damage or cleaning needed once the unit's empty. NO MONTHLY INSURANCE or ADMINISTRATION FEES charged here, unlike some of the other self storage facilities.”
