“My wife and I did a walk-in 1 day rental. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Cars in Martha's Vineyard are expensive, but this location was the least expensive. Cost aside, the young lady Alex who helped us out was cheerful, kind and very helpful. She helped improved an already great vacation day.The fact that Alex and her colleagues are nice to tourists knowing they will likely never see the same people again says a lot about them as individuals and the office as a whole.”
“This car rental center is easy to miss - indeed, we walked right past it at first - because it's a garage tucked behind a small building with signage for the Wolf's Den pizzeria and a realtor's office. Fortunately, we weren't terribly late for our rental pickup, as the office isn't necessarily staffed all day long, with a friendly young woman calling me to reconfirm my status and waiting for us to arrive. Indeed, it's a small franchise operation, but service was still efficient and personal even though some of the personal details I'd filled out on the Budget website didn't make it through to their computers and/or billing systems. We ended up getting a RAV4 that was in brand-new, tip-top shape and enabled us to make the most of a tightly planned day spent exploring every corner of the island - which made the pricey rental rate worth paying. Mission accomplished!”

“What a fantastic experience! We were able to catch an earlier ferry than we anticipated so we arrived at VH at 8am. Rental was booked for 9am, we were allowed to pick up the car right at 8am which was so nice! We also got upgraded to a 2024 Ford Mustang for free! This was our first trip to MV and driving a sport car convertible made our trip memorable forever, we couldn't have been happier with this nice accommodation from Hertz. Great service, able to drop off after hours for no additional charge. Definitely rent from here as it is the best price on the whole island for a rental car. Travel tip, if you have AAA book through their website as we got a big discount and young driver fee waiver. We will definitely come back here for our next trip to Martha's Vineyard!”

“Very efficient operation at this location at the Martha's Vineyard ferry lot. Sadly, they have limited rental hours (but allow after hours drop offs). Big tip: you can drive an Avis car here, drop off and ride the ferry without one way charges. On the way back grab another car here (also wo one way fees).”

“I've always had a smooth experience here. Returning cars after hours is no problem. They've upgraded me to a sports car when they didn't have the midsize available. They have clean restrooms on site. It's not a far walk to downtown. Only downside is the off-season hours, when they close at 3 pm.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Enterprise in Falmouth!! Matthew and Jared were great!! My car broke down on a really really hot day and my daughter and I walked what felt like miles to get there! They were so friendly and kind yet also very professional! They hooked us up with a great car! I would highly recommend them if you need a rental car!!”
