Great location and make certain to eat at attached “9” restaurant. Delicious. Our best meal of our trip which included Cape Cod. Make sure to have the swordfish and enjoy YOUR OWN bottle of wine on their rooftop deck.”

“My husband and I are just returning from a trip to Cape Cod and stayed at this lovely place for 4 nights. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! We are big travelers too! The hostess was amazing as well as her staff. They raised the bar for hospitality. They were excellent at communication and accommodation. The Inn is right across from the beach. It’s very walking accessible to many places including the beach, wharf, coffee shops, and the Island Queen (passenger ferry to Martha’s Vineyard) . It was a short 8 minute drive to the downtown of Falmouth with Main Street and all kinds of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was 5 star as well. We are gluten free and they had gf options for everything including waffles, pancakes, muffins and toast. We had everything we needed. We will only stay here each time we go to Cape COD from here on out.”

“My wife and I recently stayed at the Nobnocket and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such hospitality. The inn itself is beautiful with a tremendous amount of character with attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was stylishly appointed, bed was extremely comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches about. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. My wife and I looked forward each day to a new and amazing dish coming from Anabelle's kitchen. Simon and Anabelle both were amazing hosts and we will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone staying on the island.”

“My husband and I was celebrating our 29th anniversary. We choose to come to the Palmer house inn. Very good choice an even though we were late getting there because of traffic. The owners were very welcoming. This was the best B&B we ever stayed at very clean quiet the atmospherex was very warm and inviting and the best breakfast ever! I was so surprised of the hospitality at the Palmer house inn We will be going back again. if you’re looking for a B&B, great location super clean and super friendly. “The Red Horse Inn is the perfect spot for your escape to the cape. Perfect location for walking to the Vineyard ferry or the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The executive King suite was huge with a separate seating area, nice sizes refrigerator and a microwave. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back again soon.”

“We just spent three wonderful nights here. The motel is perfectly located a short walk to both beaches and restaurants so you won’t have to worry about parking. We had the best sleeps thanks to the comfortable mattress in our cozy room. Our room was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t use the pool since we were at the beach every day but the pool looked crystal clear and spotless. If we had more time we likely would have used it.
We can’t wait to come back next summer and already know this will be our new annual summer Falmouth stay.”

“One of the best hotels in MV. Location is huge as it is steps away from the Oak Bluffs ferry and is in the heart of OB. Always has fresh water, snacks, and beach great. We come with a large family and rent out two rooms. I honestly will be staying here for the rest of my life. Can be pricey but you get what you pay for”

A Hidden Gem!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible service and beautiful ambiance of this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy, luxurious feel. We loved the little details, like the sea salt caramel chocolate in the room and the complimentary welcome drink.

The location is ideal — right in Falmouth, but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The hotel’s little Blue food truck was convenient and the coffee was 10/10.

We were also really impressed with the hotel amenities, the paddle boards, the bikes, & the rooftop deck with breathtaking views. The fire pits and smores finished our day. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. We can’t wait to come back!”

“What a way to experience the Cape! AutoCamp Cape Cod is an awesome concept. I traveled to the Cape from California for the Falmouth Road Race. My stay at AutoCamp was a major highlight. It’s located right on a bike path that takes you straight to Woods Hole, and there are FREE bike rentals on the property. The view is beautiful and you get everything you want out of a camping experience while remaining pretty central with cozy accommodations (the Airstreams are SUPER NICE!). I’m excited to come back here, and try out other AutoCamp locations. Thank you AutoCamp team for your hospitality and recommendations!”

“The front desk staff and Megan at the pool were outstanding! The guy working in the “behind the view” bar was not polite and was very overwhelmed. Super slow service. They seemed understaffed in there . I recognize it’s not yet peak season, but it seems strange for such an expensive 5 star hotel to not have waitstaff out on the massive (and stunning) front porch. Everyone had to go get their own drinks and there was no food allowed out there. Room was spotless and bed super comfortable . Could hear every footstep above us, though so bring ear plugs. Super close to a very quaint downtown. We rode the bikes and they were great! The bellmen set them up for us, adjusted the seats, etc. Was sad that the lighthouse is covered and under construction. Really detracted from the beach either all the vehicles and work supplies. Overall, a great stay .”

In summer, the Pool Bar is exactly where you want to be: casual, breezy, and perfect for a post-beach bite or cocktail. For dinner, The Dunes delivers across the board. Chef Richard’s menu is thoughtful and seasonal, with clean flavors and beautiful presentations that feel elevated without being fussy. Don’t leave without ordering the dessert bento box by pastry chef Sofia; it’s playful, generous, and a must-try finale.

Service sealed the deal on our recent visit. Our server, Liz, was the best: knowledgeable, attentive at the right moments, and genuinely warm. Between the ocean-adjacent setting, the polished but welcoming atmosphere, and a kitchen that’s clearly firing on all cylinders, the Winnetu is an easy recommendation for both resort guests and island locals looking for a great meal.”

“Great to find a room on a Sunday, nice bed, good lounge for snacks , holding your luggage while you go to the beach with the chairs and towels they offer for free! Only downside was our room was adjacent to some very noisy thumping taco club next door! Boomed till after 1 am!”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Sydney, The location was so close to all the stores, restaurants and sights you want to see in Edgartown. Everything is a short walking distance. Yet once in the hotel, you felt like it was a lovely oasis. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful and the bathrooms were perfect. There is a lovely courtyard where you can relax and eat the breakfast they serve or just hangout. And in the evening they have a fire pit. The service was great! We felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Martha’s Vineyard.”

The property itself is adorable and quaint, with a perfect location that’s hard to beat. It’s easy to walk to Edgartown’s downtown area—just a few blocks to amazing restaurants, cozy bars, coffee shops, bookstores, and charming shops. The rooms are decorated beautifully and feel thoughtfully curated, with colors and decor that are cozy and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!

But the real standout was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely dedicated to making our weekend special. The breakfast each morning was fantastic—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start our days. On one beach day, the hotel went above and beyond by packing us scones and water bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Another fantastic amenity is the beach gear Hobnob offers—chairs, umbrellas, and coolers available for borrow. It made our beach days effortless and enjoyable without the extra hassle of renting gear or bringing it from home.

If you’re considering a stay on Martha’s Vineyard, I highly recommend Hobnob. It feels like a home away from home, with a touch of luxury and a lot of heart. “Staff were great, helpful, attentive and charming. The location is centrally located. You are close to the Ferry, restaurants, Gingerbread houses,and near all the fun things to do in Martha's Vineyard. Keep in mind in regard to luggage many of the hotels are old and do not have elevators although the staff will accommodate and help if necessary. Rooms are clean, decorated in the camp theme, but small.”

“Fantastic location and staff. Room was very spacious and a bit on the rustic side which was great for our family. The onsite parking lot is pretty tight but there is another lot about a block away - this would be worth asking about before you arrive in case the small lot is full. The private beach is very nice and again the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.”

“We had our Son and Daughter-in-law wedding at the Popponesett Inn under the tent in the middle of a tropical storm last weekend.Even though the weather was not the best it did not overshadow the amazing job Jennifer the wedding coordinator and her team did. They were the absolute best. Didn't miss a beat. The venue, the staff and the amazing meal is still being talked about days later. Jennifer put my daughter in law and son at ease since there needed to be a few minor adjustments to the schedule do to the weather. Everything was flawless. “Just left this little hidden gem after a short trip up to Cape Cod, the owner was so welcoming and kind. This is a small family run business, and it's obvious he has put his heart and soul into this Motel. The rooms, our lovely and very clean and the decor is bright and cheery! The best part, is this place is located next to everything.You don't have to use your car at all. Downtown Falmouth, Main Street is only a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops your heart will desire! The owner's communication skills are awesome. Every time we had a little issue, he was right there to fix it! You can't go wrong, staying at this Motel!”

“I'm wondering why there isn't any rooms availability,the end of September to the first of October. You're telling me all those units are filled. I stayed there a couple of years ago, and it's the place I felt comfortable. I couldn't go the last 2 years due to Cancer. I'm very disappointed that there isnt availability for the dates”
