“Incredible location for the price!! A short walk to town/ferry makes this a great value. Rooms were comfortable and spartan but perfectly fine.

Nearby activities: Bike trail head nearby on an absolutely stunning ride (got thru the marshes — it’s worth it)!

Walkability: Just a stroll to town where you can experience all of the restaurants and shops.”

“Sands of Time is a quaint hotel (if you can, choose to stay in the Main House), with extremely nice owners and with a perfect location to hop onto the Woods Hole ferry or to jog the bike path or just walk into Woods ”

“Amazing bed and breakfast in an excellent location. Our stay was short but will definitely be returning. We were very pleased with the ease of check-in, the quiet rooms, and the lovely amenities and little treats offered throughout our stay. Luxury toiletries, drinks and snacks in the fridge, beach chairs and towels, even umbrellas were all nice touches that made us feel welcomed. The breakfasts were delicious and loved that we could bring the trays right up to our rooms. My only suggestion for the owners is to replace the mattress as it had sunk from possibly many years of use which gave me a sore back. Other than that minor issue, we will definitely be returning for longer stays. Thank you!”

“This is an exceptional experience, over and above anything I expected. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. Beds have memory foam tops. Pillows are giant. Amenities are over the top. Even make up remover pads!Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are so exceptional - omelettes sausage poached eggs fresh fruit etc. The owners are warm and friendly and totally awesome. The staff is exceptional. The service is exceptional and everything -- to the minutest detail of decor -- exceeds all my expectations. Plus, they have the most exquisite gardens. Also offering a cottage experience. Don't forget to say hi to the big ole Leonberger.”

“We really enjoyed our time at Autocamp Cape Cod! We stayed in one of the Airstreams and really liked how they are styled. The bed was way more comfortable than we were expecting to boot. -- it felt like ones we've enjoyed at luxury hotels.

The layout is a typical campground, so they are close to each other, but the windows are set up in a way where you feel like you have privacy from your neighbor when sitting at your fire pit. Our airstream was backed against a fence/outer loop and I would request a that placement again if coming back.

The clubhouse was very nice and was a great place to hang and enjoy the view and ocean breeze.

The thing that really made the experience for us was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time and had an amazing stay. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff.

We booked several of the experiences and highly recommend doing so. And we took advantage of the 2 hours of free bike rentals multiple days. Being able to bike to local establishments and nature offerings was A+.”

“Very central to everything in Oak Bluff. Rooms were clean. There were drinks, snacks and mints in room. Shower was hot. Beds were very comfortable and pillows as well!
Downstairs had fruit, water, coffee, and danishes. Delicious! Check in lady was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and nice.
There was even a storage area with things you could use at the beach and a spot for your bikes.
Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Amazing hospitality from Annabelle and Simon. Gourmet breakfast with changing menu daily. Free soda and candies and a bit of a tipple for a night cap are a very nice touch, as are the cookies delivered to our rooms nightly. The free bikes are useful for short jaunts in town, or a quick ride to Oak Bluff. Beautifully decorated living spaces, and outdoor spaces to relax. Comfortable bed.”

“Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge is the most fantastic place to stay while in Falmouth! We have stayed numerous times! There is an awesome variation of rooms available, from staying at the lodge (which we love) to staying in what Mike called The Taj Mahal of vacation spots ?️ The pool was crystal clear, Island Queen to MV for biking and biking to Woods Hole always completes our visits! What a great honeymoon week and we can't wait to come back in August! Maureen her family and staff are the best ☘️”

“Absolutely incredible experience. Room was large and very tidy with a king sized bed. Front desk was incredibly helpful and personable and the guide that they had placed in the room with restaurants and attractions in the area was invaluable. Will stay here again next time I come back into town.”

“Remodeled older home that's a very nice place to stay. Quiet room, cozy size, comfortable bed. Newly painted and remodeled from how it looked. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Short walk to dining locations down the street.”

“My husband and I stayed at Summer Camp and overall our experience was really great. Our room was spacious and pretty comfortable. The lobby and porch area were really comfy and had a very modern look to it. The only downside was that there were no microwaves in the rooms and there wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer. However, the location of the hotel was extremely close and in walking distance from shops and restaurants.”

“I’ve stayed here twice and plan to make it my go-to every time I’m on Cape. Really nice, comfy, clean rooms in a cute setting. I don’t think the pictures do justice. Best location right on Main St so you can easily explore the area walking. Also the staff was very friendly.

Nearby activities: Everything! Restaurants, shops, bars. I didn’t walk to the beach but it’s nearby.

Safety: Very safe right on Main Street

Walkability: Probably one of the only hotels where you can stay in the Falmouth area that is super walkable.”

“Nice little beach motel very conveniently located on Main St in downtown Falmouth. We walked many places and since parking can be a hassle, it was a big factor in booking here. It's close to the ferry/marina, Falmouth Commodores baseball park, many restaurants/bars, a liquor store, etc. The pool looks nice, we wanted to go swimming but got so busy with things to do, we ran out of time! Staff is friendly! We'd definitely stay again!”

“Okay so this place isn’t for everyone. Don’t book it if you need a big room, seriously don’t book anything in New England outside of a Hilton if you need space to do a full acrobatics routine (maybe New England isn’t for you?). Tiny rooms but who is spending their hard earned summer vacation in a hotel room? Tho small the rooms were sufficient for our needs. The location is amazing. Walk straight from the ferry to the spot which is just a block from all the shopping and eats in VH. There’s a lovely deck to grab some sun or catch a view of the harbor. The staff is beyond helpful! This is a charming little gem that looks like a “motel” but feels like something more special.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and had all the necessities, the beach was private and peaceful with chairs and umbrellas. They had great amenities like free coffee, water, towels, coolers etc. The location was walking distance to Main Street and other popular areas. 10/10 would recommend!”

“The resort itself is amazing. It's cozy and the staff are friendly. The room had a few quirks to it from usage, but nothing terrible. We did have a dishwasher that wasn't working, but once notified, the maintenance crew got that in order.”

“We are so pleased with our choice to stay at The Mansion House! Perfect location, historic building, with spacious and immaculate rooms. They have a full size gym, sauna , steam room, hot tub and a pool! The rooftop cupola was lovely to sit at with a coffee in the morning enjoying the sun to start the day. The continental breakfast offered oatmeal, cold cereal, baked goods, yogurt, juice and coffee. We had minor issues with TV and charging station for our phones and they were dealt with promptly. We couldn’t help but notice the meticulous eye of the manager, Sam Tyree, who was constantly on his toes examining the details of the interior of the building. Emma, Trey and Cordella were helpful and friendly always greeting us with a smile and kind words. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to MV!”

“Wonderful stay the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving night. The food at El’s Tavern Wednesday night and Thanksgiving did not disappoint. The Inn and rooms are classy, clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and eager to please. Trish and John were very helpful. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name. Staff and guests were so friendly. Hopefully we have started a new tradition.”

“Great place to spend the night for a fraction of the cost. Don't get me wrong, it could definetly be cleaner, but you pay for what you get, and we got a quiet place to sleep for the night—nothing more, nothing less. TV, Fridge, microwave, in wall AC.It's a mom and pop. The family that owns it were very kind and respectable.”

“We had our Son and Daughter-in-law wedding at the Popponesett Inn under the tent in the middle of a tropical storm last weekend.Even though the weather was not the best it did not overshadow the amazing job Jennifer the wedding coordinator and her team did. They were the absolute best. Didn't miss a beat. The venue, the staff and the amazing meal is still being talked about days later. Jennifer put my daughter in law and son at ease since there needed to be a few minor adjustments to the schedule do to the weather. Everything was flawless. If you are looking for a wonderful venue and especially the most amazing team look no further than The Popponesett Inn @ New Seabury.Cathy Mc”

“Update:
Returned to inn on the square for for 2 days during the week of Independence Day. Nancy from reservations got me an incredible daily special and I am so happy to be returning.

Stayed here in Aug 2023 at Inn on the Square in Falmouth. Went on a 6-day vacation with my partner. Alison, the staff member in the front was delightful. She explained in great detail the various amenities of the Cape and gave us a descriptive map of nearby beaches. The Lodging was beautiful with a room that had beach and sailboat decor. We loved our stay here and it comes with a pool as well.

Place is walking distance from the bus that transports tourists to the ferry that will take you to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket. It is also local to food areas and walking distance to downtown”
