“Very efficient service! I came in to drop off an amazon package I was returning, and I didn't realize how quick it was! I had a code on my phone and just came in with the package, they scanned the code on my phone, gave me a receipt, and even a coupon for discounted services! I had multiple errands to run that day, so thank you to Mary for making my experience positive and quick!”

“I have used the print services at the location by the Liberty Tree Mall about a dozen times. They have the BEST staff - everyone I've worked with is very knowledgeable and friendly. “Just had an over-the-top wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They mailed a precious hand made item for me earlier in the week. They helped me when I was unable to track the package online. They remembered me when I called today. The recipient was no longer at the address I used and I needed to have the pkg returned to Rowley UPS. The situation was handled in minutes and they were pleased and eager to help me. “The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”

“I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Boxford Post Office and Postmaster Giana Stachulski. I had ordered a package from Australia on November 30th, with the intention of giving it as a present today, December 20th. However, the USPS tracking updates were sluggish, and I was starting to worry it wouldn’t arrive in time. After submitting a request for my package to be expedited, Giana went above and beyond to make sure I received it.
She personally called me to let me know the package had arrived at the Boxford Post Office, and she assured me that she would carefully search through the parcels to find mine. True to her word, Giana hand-delivered the package to me, ensuring it made it to me on time for my special occasion. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

“This review is for the Fingerprint Services. If you need this service this is the place to go! They are fast, efficient, and know what they are doing. I went to 3 other USPS and no one knew how to provide the service or run the machine.”
“Great location for retail service. People mistake this for the processing plant all the time--01889, Middlesex Essex is a different place so if you have complaints about your package being stuck, it's not the fault of the North Reading Post Office. Matt the window clerk is always friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my postal products!”
“I have visited this post office several times in the last few weeks and have had nothing short of outstanding service. The staff all are extremely timely, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a line and if there is, there are 2 associates helping up front. The attitude of the staff is positive, kind, but also professional and helpful. All the staff I have interacted with are kind, but Alicia especially has been amazing. I have a somewhat complex and time consuming transaction and she doesn’t skip a beat with it. She embodies what every employee should strive for and I would go out of my way to visit this location as unfortunately I have not had this same experience at all locations, it varies wildly. 5 shining stars to Alicia and this location!”

“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”
