“Always interesting products. They really, really could use a bigger store though. And once they get a theme going, i.e. Halloween, they overwhelming amounts of Halloween decor. It is ok to have a small area for holiday themed th I ngs however I am there for other things. Would have liked some couch throws but they take away regular items and replace with all holiday themed throws.
I would like to see more lamps and more unique items for the home. Maybe more textiles and fewer themed items.”
“FRED thank you !!! He helped me figure out my sizes for a sport coat, pants and tie, I was super flustered and pissed at my own mid understanding of sizes but Fred came in so clutch and helped me out”

“as an avid shopper over at Marshall’s I love it because I live a very healthy lifestyle and I can find organic healthy products for almost next to no money. It’s absolutely amazing. I buy. I get 2 to 3 months worth of supplements that are utilized within my nutrition programand it cost me no more than 6070 bucks. I absolutely love it.”
“Honestly I love JCPenny in general. It’s always my top store to go shopping in back home, but I’m used to the Holyoke mall(if you know you know) this JCPenny is very unorganized I feel like and kind of disheveled. I feel kind of suffocated in this atmosphere and I don’t feel like their selection of clothes is 100% amazing. There’s room for growth in that aspect but I have found a few things when visiting so I can’t complain too much it was just hard to find stuff. Workers are extremely nice and good at their jobs and that’s what would keep me coming back. But another problem id also like to add is I never fricken know where to check out! Every time I come it’s different! The suffocating atmosphere and confusion makes me reluctant to come back because shopping is supposed to be relaxing but the customer service is there and everybody’s super nice.”
