“My visit yesterday was absolutely awesome. However whoever had helped my boyfriend months ago with the purchase of his Apple watch did. It do their job. He had asked for the warranty so if it was lost or stolen he would covered. The rep. months ago told him it was all set. Welp it wasn't because he had lost it and they said that person never put it on the watch. we went in together to upgrade myself, plus get his watch back when we discovered this mistake. Yesterday's rep was so helpful and worked with us to get what we needed. I really like who worked with us yesterday. I wish I could remember the awesome guys name yesterday, he deserves a raise ?”

It turns out the direction I wanted to go in for her wasn't the best. Jose Never made me feel rushed. He took his time and I got a great deal.”

My phone dropped in the ocean , my pin number and question got hacked .With her dedication ,knowledge and persistence she activated my old phone . I understand your privacy policies but agents should be able to override pins and questions. She is a superstar ! She ran your whole store by herself with ease . I give five stars to the associate name Umar (hope I spelled it write) from the Mechanic St., Leominster branch. Outstanding customer service!!! I’ve been in retail over 20 years and I know good service when I receive it. This young man was polite, patient and has a great personality. I hope whoever is in charge acknowledges this amazing Young Man, because If I have any problems HE will be the person I go to and I recommend HIM to everyone and tell him I sent you! ????”

“I recently visited this Best Buy to have a dash camera installed in my new car, and I have to say, the experience was great. The installation tech was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain its features, ensured a clean and professional installation by neatly hiding all the wires, and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left.

Setting up the appointment was also a smooth process. When I initially called, I explained that I wanted the wires hidden, the camera to power on with my car, and for it not to be plugged into the cigarette lighter. The person on the phone was very helpful and let me know I’d need an additional cable to make that happen. Thanks to their advice, I was able to order it ahead of time and have it ready for the installation.

As for the store itself, it was well-organized with plenty of products on the shelves. However, I was a little disappointed that the only person who greeted me was the loss prevention staff at the front. I spent some time walking around and browsing different departments, and while the store wasn’t too busy, it would have been nice to have an associate check in with me.

Overall, I had a positive experience, especially with the installation service, and I’d definitely consider returning for future tech needs.”
