She was so nice explaining to me the shipping options and properly formatting a kind of weird mailing address though the FedEx system. She also got the recipients phone number as well as my phone number in case the driver has any questions locating the drop off spot. Provided shipping goes smoothly, FedEx will be my first choice whenever I need to ensure my packages get delivered every time, on time,”

“I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!”
