“Outstanding customer service. I drove in - without calling and without an appointment - to see if they could investigate/fix an issue with something rattling/hanging down under my car. They put it on a lift and within 15 minutes they had reattached the splash shield and everything was back to normal. No charge. Totally complementary and they were super friendly. “I've gone to town fair tire for many years. Usually Nashua until the one in Littleton opened a few years ago. They've been extremely extremely helpful. Reading some of these 1 star reviews is quite surprising. They've taken care of me pretty quickly and worked me in the best they could. I've dropped off several tires to have valve stems or a plug put in and the turnaround was always less than two hours. It's sorry to hear that people have had bad experiences. I'm not sure why they rate the store 1 when they're calling the central headquarters. Certainly not fair to the team in Littleton.”

“Mechanics often get a bad rap and some deserve it. Dave and the guys at Expert aren't that. They're excellent. I've taken multiple cars to him for repair and every time it was done right and for a very fair price. He also explains the repair and doesn't treat me like I'm an idiot.I even took one repair to him and had him tell me there was an extended warranty from Toyota on the particular failure and that I should call the dealer. It takes integrity to turn away business and put the customer first.”

“I was very satisfied with my experience here. I bought 4 tires and they gave me a free alignment inspection. I really expected for them to come back telling me I needed one but they came back telling me my vehicle alignment was perfect! Such great news. They didn't try to sell me anything which I didn't need. I was there for about 2 hours. The customer's coming in and out were mostly on a first name basis. Very nice place to buy tires! And more!”
