“This was truly the best service I’ve ever received during such a difficult situation. Andre came to save the day! He arrived so quickly, was incredibly kind and patient throughout everything, he went above and beyond to make sure my car got to the right location safely and in the best condition possible. He was our calm in the storm, and I’m so grateful for his help. If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation, call them and ask for Andre!! You’ll be glad you did!! Thank you again :)”

“I brought my truck to woodys after it was having severe brake drag issues. Russell was an excellent mechanic and investigator since he found out my brake booster was the wrong one installed for my truck at a previous car shop and the master cylinder they installed was also defective. Saved me so much money from almost purchasing a new vehicle. I’d recommend woodys to anyone :)”

“I cannot say enough good things about Jorge P and Joe’s Auto and Towing. I was broken down on the side of Route 3 with three kids in the car when AAA sent Jorge to help us. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and I actually cried with relief when he arrived. From the moment he approached the car, Jorge was calm, kind, compassionate, and reassuring. He explained everything, made sure we were all taken care of, and got me, my three kids, and our car safely back to Watertown. His calm and caring demeanor made such a difference during a moment when I was completely overwhelmed. I am incredibly grateful that Jorge was the person who showed up that day.”

“Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. After over 24 years in the automotive aftermarket, I know what I'm looking for. Great shop. Great experience. Great people. At the end of the day, I'd trust these guys with my vehicle. Hands down.”

“Birch Street Collision, is the best. My SUV, was sideswiped. I brought my SUV in for an estimate, they did it while I waited. They made the whole process easy and quick. They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim. I thought it would take longer but it was ready, right on time, My SUV was given back to me completely cleaned, inside and out. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.”

“I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

“I was in a serious accident on the highway and D&R — specifically Scott — showed up to tow my car. I was with my wife and very upset minor son. Not only was Scott careful and caring with loading my truck on his tow bed, but he offered us a ride to somewhere safe. Once he learned we were 1.5 hours away from home, he pulled over and made a call to a friend at a local car rental agency, convincing him to stay open late for us. He dropped us off at the rental agency while he went back to unload my damaged vehicle. Top-notch service and a soothing voice during a difficult time. A+”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are crazy busy all the time because they are good. I had a small emergency and they fit me in the schedule. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years. They bail me out every single time. Do not listen to the crying baby whiner one star reviews. I have no idea what they’re talking about. Car repairs are expensive, get over it. And if they can’t pay attention to you right away it’s because they are rightfully busy.”

2 Wire Road, Merrimack NH 03054
“I have been going to Lewis' for years and they have deserved this 5 star review since day 1. We have had everything done from inspections, to buying my kid's first car, to having them tow it when black ice totaled it. Recently I had to bring my car in for a major repair (not this first time), the amount of kindness and understanding shown was more than words can explain. Their honesty and upfront attitude make an already stressful situation a lot less stressful. I will continue to bring the family cars there into the foreseeable future.”

10 West Otterson Street, Nashua NH 03060
“I totaled my car and needed someone to tell me that for insurance purposes. I called over 10 different Allstate approved bodyshops from Concord all the way down to Nashua and every single one told me that they can take my car now, but would not look at it for at least 2 weeks. Dave Illg's did not see me as just a paycheck despite being a young woman with car problems. When I called it was a breath of fresh air because they said that they'd take my car today and promised me they'd look at it- I asked for a timeframe on when I'd get an estimate and they said they would look at the car and be able to tell me right away and that exactly what they did. All of the other bodyshops I called claimed that they could not look at the car for at least 2 weeks and Dave Illg's helped me unload my car, looked at it, gave me a verbal estimate, and gave me a clear timeline of when to expect my insurance company to be receiving my written estimate- despite the fact that I came in an hour before close on a Friday. I would recommend Dave Illg's to anyone looking for a competent, compassionate, professional, and honest body shop.”

“Was a decent experience during a bad time for me, I needed them to tow me very quickly and the man I spoke to on phone sent his brother out fairly quickly to get us. The young man that picked us up was polite and very professional. They were a bit more than the other company that called me back but they were telling me 30 min when C-A took only 20min. Would use there service again but hopefully will never need a tow.”
