“The customer service is excellent. It's a quieter branch (before and after COVID) but they are always happy to help. I originally opened my accounts at their bigger branch on Winter Street in Boston and have always found them to be helpful. A few years ago I traveled to another state but didn't alert them of my travel details and tried to use my card. It got declined because of a security measure. They had this rule where you had to alert them that you were traveling outside of your normal area. I called them and their customer service rep was genuinely interested in my concern and was quick to solve it. More recently I needed to change some login information and couldn't do it on the app so I called them and again they were incredibly helpful and personable. THAT's what keeps me coming back - they don't read from scripts. They are genuine, knowledgeable, and personable. That's important.”

“I went to Needham Bank in Ashland today. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome. I had 3 containers of coins to put in their coin machine. They asked if I was a customer and I said I was not. Other than the charge for the coin machine, there was no difference in the treatment. Brittany showed me how to use the machine and then offered to assist. She did more than assist! She poured the coins in, she opened coins that were wrappped and she even had to open the machine to get out a roll that I dropped in. The entire time she was amazing! Pleasant and personable along with being so helpful. If I were staying in Ashland, I would be a customer. Thank you Brittany!”
