No call / text notification.My expectation is that I should not have to check every item in every bag. That's part of the value proposition of this service that has missed the mark enough times to call it a trend.It's not just the Holiday bussle either.By the time the groceries get home, the department responsible is closed. The customer service folks aren't empowered to help either. We've been promised a 20$ gift card as recompense for prior issues that was never received or was lip service / vaporware.Great in store experience, though.”

There's this one in Hudson and the one in Northborough that are close to each other. unfortunately their gas prices are often different by as much as 10 cents. But either way their prices are almost lower than anywhere else”

“The only place that I went to that needed a quarter to get a shopping cart, it did return the quarter to you when you returned the cart. A great way to save cost to keep the price down. Bring your own shopping bags too. It's a small grocery store. The price of the products varies. You can get a dozen eggs there for only $1.50”

“I love their freshly baked pastries. But unfortunately one of their bakers don't always cook the muffins long enough. There have been numerous times I pickup a 4 pack of blueberry muffins and they are still a bit raw on the inside. I even went in yesterday to buy some and there seemed like a few packs looked undercooked. The tops were extremely light. Not the nice brown-cooked look. Had to search through the piles for one that looked cooked. No bakers in the bakery at the time and service department was done for the day also. So if you love the fresh cooked muffins, just look before you grab them. Otherwise, always a good place to shop for food.Update 09/09/23: Nothing has changed in the bakery.”

Well my brother went in yesterday and raved about the place so we ended up grabbing a couple of subs from there last night and it's like a hidden gem right in town and close by as well. I will definitely be going back soon to try out the other sandwiches ? they have. Be sure to check the cooler sections as well for pasta salads and such.”
