Every week, it seems that something is missing. Sometimes, it's frozen items, or a rotisserie chicken, or an entire bag. No call / text notification.My expectation is that I should not have to check every item in every bag. That's part of the value proposition of this service that has missed the mark enough times to call it a trend.It's not just the Holiday bussle either.By the time the groceries get home, the department responsible is closed. The customer service folks aren't empowered to help either. We've been promised a 20$ gift card as recompense for prior issues that was never received or was lip service / vaporware.Great in store experience, though.”
