“Hello, Big Y Market is lovely and spacious inside, with a great floral area in front of the store as you enter on the right. The pricing seems higher than we're used to; most likely use the store for last-minute purchases when in need of something. Enjoy the years in Uxbridge, we're new here as well.”

“The only place that I went to that needed a quarter to get a shopping cart, it did return the quarter to you when you returned the cart. A great way to save cost to keep the price down. Bring your own shopping bags too. It's a small grocery store. The price of the products varies. You can get a dozen eggs there for only $1.50”

“Our favorite grocery store. Lots of great organic options without the unnecessary additives and artificial colors. Decent selection of produce and meats, all good quality. Awesome selection of cheeses and dairy. Clean, well-maintained and friendly quick service. Don't forget to bring your reusable shopping bags and a quarter to rent a shopping cart.”

“There's a lot of good reviews but most of these reviews are not from legit common sense people. I've been buying things from here for 2 years now and what I noticed quite frequently is the produce not being up to par. Some oranges were moldy. That's dangerous and could really kill someone. Also the hot food section is very hit or miss. Always be careful. Let's note some of the food that's displayed on the premade food cold fridge , are dated 4 days from when they were made. So freshness isn't always a plus here at this family owned business. Now im pointing out vital things that they need to appropriately take action on. People could get sick from the lack of ambition these workers put into the store. Sure they can vacuum and sweep. But that should be the last thing to do for the day and not ignore moldy produce and expired food with wrong dates. Ok. Here's another legit thing. Everything that's not store related is hella expensive. And I mean 3 TIMES MORE expensive. For example. A box of cheez it's here is over 5 dollars. At Walmart it's less than 2.79 for a large box.
Here's another example. White castle burgers 8.19 for 6. Walmart it's 5.79
Another example Kimmy Dean breakfast bowls 5 dollars after tax ??? Walmart it's 2.59
Ok... Chips in general over 6 to 7 dollars and raos sauce ECT very expensive almost 13 dollars.
This is not a good look considering other markers are selling the same product for 3 times less. I would not recommend shopping a full cart here unless your a rich trust fund baby or a rich Democrat who feeds off of inflation while watching the hard working blue collars dish out tons of money just to fit in with the rich town society. Yeah yeah yeah. Sorry I'm not the type of guy who accepts hand outs and lives lavish. I actually point out the things that are wrong with businesses that others completely purposely ignore. Like I said these 5 star reviews are from people who are blind Litterly. They are too scared to speak on the truth about things In life.

Lets note one more thing. The meat is good. Probably better than most butchers. Why? Well you can see there is very kind older guys who have experience with butchering.

Another thing Some of the younger people are awkward and they make you feel awkward you can sense the depression off of them. I always sense energy and some of the people there have very negative energy....

Smile more maybe you'll go farther in life and bring your energy up, maybe some people are sad because they fail at having motivation to do a simple job.”

“I like going to this market it's unique and has an old fashion feel but also modern at the same time with a great selection. The store is always really clean, but on somethings the prices are a bit high however they also run some great sales so overall it's not too bad. As a local grocery store they are good for picking up a few things or shopping the sale but I wouldn't do my weekly shopping here.”

“Totally disagree with a previous commenter. Yes Market 32 tends to be more expensive but Market Basket does NOT always have what you need which is why I go there less and less. But I will say this about Market 32 you need to get a BELL in the Seafood Department because people are in the back and they don't know you're there and you could be waiting there for them for who knows how long. I feel stupid yelling for them and really shouldn't have to.”

“I love Stop & Shop for its fresh products in every department. They also have great sales. They sometimes sell ground beef, then give all the fixings for tacos, FREE. They do it with other items too. Like corned beef with free cabbage, potatoes and carrots. They have sales on canned beans, $.50 each. The Grillos pickles in the deli are phenomenal!!! But be careful, because there are hot ones as well. Produce is my favorite department. They have both organic and non-organic fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, plenty of salad choices and some very good specialty dressings. My second favorite department is the bread and baked goods. I like to buy a great artisan loaf, Boars Head roast beef, Boars Head Chipotle gourmaise spread, and either provolone or swiss, i used to make 2 meals out of it, but i eat far less so it would make about 4-8 meals now, depending on the size of the bread. Also, if you go in the morning you'll smell cookies baking, and rotisserie chicken cooking. It's a great store. I prefer it because I can find everything i need.”

“Produce section is lacking organic options, diversity.

Leaving a 4 star review only because of the few nice people there!
Updating my review to reflect the amazing service Chris (from carts) is giving! He's always a ray of sunshine, festive and kind! If you haven't given this man a raise, you should!

I would also say, Danielle, the manager at Starbucks has shown amazing leadership and growth, considering I saw her coming onboard with little training, she has learned super quick!
I caught the store manager or district whomever it was, raising the voice in front of other customers, which is so unprofessional and crappy on so many levels! Belittling your employees in front of customers it's not fine and maybe you should reconsider your career choices!
There's another elderly lady, usually at customer service who has attitude, the flower lady needs a new job- she's completely unfriendly, never smiled in her life.
Revise your staff, you have a lot of bad apples who will keep pushing the good ones out.”
