“Highly recommend Cape Cod Pack & Ship. I’ve been a townie here and I cannot believe today was my first time in the store! I was shipping legal documents that I needed packaged. Due to the type of documents I could not leave until the box was sealed.Andrew was super professional and even though I knew I was not next in line to get my items packaged he quickly accommodated me. I was truly not expecting this and was prepared to sit and wait. I watched Andrew converse with three other customers while I was in the shop—customer service, in my opinion, is a dying art. “We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

“Okay, yeah, so they lost a package once. But they pulled out the stops and found it. No complaints. It happens. And more than once I’ve had mail addressed to my street address, where I do not get US mail, and it ended up in my PO Box. The staff looked up the name and found me. I think that’s great service. My only complaint, I wish the postal service would increase the staff. These people work hard.”

“Great post office!! I had two packages go missing for my wedding bridesmaids proposal boxes. Mike called me immediately upon putting in a request at USPS. He was so helpful and patient? Not only did he do the box that had gone missing going towards East Falmouth he even did the box search report for one going to Dallas for me. Excellent customer service! Just to compare, I haven't even heard from Dallas yet so I am very impressed with the service here.”
