“The Staples in Falmouth is the best Staples you will find. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful always. The copy/printing machines are always working, and the staff is there for your help if you need any.”

“I have to go in there from time to time to drop off packages. They seem to provide fine customer service. Scan my package give me a receipt immediately. I am on my way. I hear from friends and acquaintances that this UPS Store are VERY good at packing up things that do not fit in square or rectangular boxing to ship, and also framed art so it gets to destination unharmed.”

“Highly recommend Cape Cod Pack & Ship. I’ve been a townie here and I cannot believe today was my first time in the store! I was shipping legal documents that I needed packaged. Due to the type of documents I could not leave until the box was sealed.Andrew was super professional and even though I knew I was not next in line to get my items packaged he quickly accommodated me. I was truly not expecting this and was prepared to sit and wait. I watched Andrew converse with three other customers while I was in the shop—customer service, in my opinion, is a dying art. Andrew has perfected it. Thank you! Will return!”

160 Teaticket Hwy, Teaticket MA 02536
“We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

“I’ve been using this post office since 1978. Never had a problem. In fact they have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Just goes to show, sometimes it’s not the reviews, it’s the “reviewer”!”

236B Edgartown Rd, Edgartown MA 02539
“Okay, yeah, so they lost a package once. But they pulled out the stops and found it. No complaints. It happens. And more than once I’ve had mail addressed to my street address, where I do not get US mail, and it ended up in my PO Box. The staff looked up the name and found me. I think that’s great service. My only complaint, I wish the postal service would increase the staff. These people work hard.”

“Great post office!! I had two packages go missing for my wedding bridesmaids proposal boxes. Mike called me immediately upon putting in a request at USPS. He was so helpful and patient? Not only did he do the box that had gone missing going towards East Falmouth he even did the box search report for one going to Dallas for me. Excellent customer service! Just to compare, I haven't even heard from Dallas yet so I am very impressed with the service here.”

“I have been using this post office for the past three years and I have seen a remarkable transformation. The service has become much more efficient, and tasks that used to take a long time are now handled quickly and smoothly. The staff and Post Master are professional and friendly. The overall experience is much more convenient than before. Congrats to the team and the beautifully improved aesthetics of the lobby area- it looks fantastic”
