Nick in sales was wonderful. But absolutely do not trust the finance manager Jon Warren. After I signed the paperwork he redid my loan and signed my name on it without my knowledge or consent. The interest rate went up by 2%. I ended up refinancing through another company and have been fighting with him since trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and tire warranty. Not very good customer service or satisfaction”

“Freddie (current owner) and his team repaired my car (a Subaru Ascent SUV) after a moderate accident where the hood, bumper, headlights, and most everything on the front of the car had to be fixed. Auto Annex arranged for my rental, drove me to the rental office, and kept me updated on the repair process. When I received my car back after three weeks, the car looked and drove as good as new. Even scratches from prior to the accident were buffed out (with no impact on the agreed upon price). I don't want another accident but if I do, I trust Auto Annex with my car.”
