“Had a positive experience last week with Rexxx. This gentlemen was nice, chill personality, informative, and brought ease to my anxiety felt morning. I had some very important documents to send off, and Rexxx explained everything I would need. Explained my price options, asked certain questions to give me his best opinion, but left the decision up to me.
The last thing you need in stressful situations is an employee that is just wired tight about everything and have no personality. Rexx has a great sense of humor and certainly made me laugh that morning.
Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to get my business and mailing needs taking care of at this location.”

“I had an efficient drop-off experience and was able to pick up some cute new stamps as well. I got there a bit after 7:30am when they opened and there was only one other person in front of me. It went smoothly and was overall pleasant.”
“Ok so why does this USPS have 3.8? I contribute with my 5 stars because It has the most wholesome workers. Heidi is the best and I am happy every time I need to go to this office because she is so helpful, kind and positive. I always leave with a smile.”
“Amanda was super helpful, explaining the difference between priority and ground shipping. She also shared tips on getting free priority shipping supplies in-store and online. Great customer service and a delightful experience!”
“This particular branch in Saugus MA has very difficult parking out front on a very busy thin street. There is parking behind the building, but you have to drive around, which is not a big deal. The staff are very friendly but it is busy and a line can form that will take you quite some time to get to the window. I use this post office if I’m in the area out of convenience. If I have to make a special trip, there are other quicker post offices around just as close.”
“It feels a little strange to be reviewing the post office, but the East Boston branch has some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I've ever encountered at a post office. They know many of their customers and always offer my dog a biscuit.”
“Staff is very helpful and patient towards me every time I go even when I am doing something a little stupid that clearly suggests inexperience with the service and poor planning on my part”
“I had some issues with forwarding mail to a new address. This was the third post office that I visited and the only one that was willing to look into the issue. I spoke with two people, whose names I wish I had remembered, both of whom took steps to resolve the problem.”
“I had a missing package that I needed help locating, and Joe took the time to walk me through what might’ve happened with it and offer a solution. I really appreciate his customer service.”
“I recently visited the United States Postal Service and had a great experience overall.
One of the tellers really stood out. He was incredibly thoughtful with his suggestions and took the time to walk me through every option step by step. Even though I ultimately decided not to ship through USPS because the available options were a bit out of my budget, I truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I left fully understanding what I would have been paying for, which says a lot about the level of service.”
“I have to mail things often for work, and I always opt to do it here. I love the postal workers at this location. They're always friendly and helpful.
Even though it's in the middle of a busy area, you can park on nearby side streets for free and quickly walk over.”

“There's a clerk works here his name is John he is the nicest most efficient postal worker I've dealt with in a very long time. And he's easy on the eyes ? Just a super guy they're lucky to have him. The convenience of this location is much appreciated ?.”
“I went here early on a Thursday morning and there was no wait. I did not have a box for my item and the USPS employee was so nice in helping me find a box and pack my item. I was pleasantly surprised by how well my experience was!”

“Plenty of parking spots outside, and space inside to prepare anything before mailing. They have friendly staff, describe possible options for mailing with patient. I found that they do have money orders to purchase, just in case if you didn’t know! ;)”
“Excellent service here. I come here because my town USPS is so terrible lol. USPS has been gutted by the gov to push private companies to take over but the problems from that isn't the fault of the location. The employees here have always been super helpful and friendly.”

“I have visited this post office several times in the last few weeks and have had nothing short of outstanding service. The staff all are extremely timely, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a line and if there is, there are 2 associates helping up front. The attitude of the staff is positive, kind, but also professional and helpful. All the staff I have interacted with are kind, but Alicia especially has been amazing. I have a somewhat complex and time consuming transaction and she doesn’t skip a beat with it. She embodies what every employee should strive for and I would go out of my way to visit this location as unfortunately I have not had this same experience at all locations, it varies wildly. 5 shining stars to Alicia and this location!”

“By far the best post office I've used. We spoke with Esther in-person about our missing package and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable in helping us troubleshoot - explaining how usps works, all the possible failure points, who to contact in the event of each and how, etc. - in addition to personally checking in the back of the post office itself several times in case the package were there. They're also the only post office that I've been able to speak to on the phone (the only one that consistently answers) and they were kind and helpful then as well.”
“The guys that work there are nice enough. Not any fault of the people who work there but the fact that they have to close sometimes for lunch tells me they have staffing problems which usps should address.”
“Friendliest service in the metro Boston area! As a warehouse manager I have been to a number of carrier locations across the city and this location is always the most helpful and kindest. Everyone who works here deserves a raise.”

“I had a great experience at the Somerville USPS store. I sent important international documents, and Marcello was invaluable, professional, and kind. He explained everything clearly, double-checked the details and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for at a post office, but that’s precisely how I felt here.
I wish the interior were more modern, but the quality of service more than made up for it.
Thanks again to Marcello and the team!”
“This is a solid post office! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they usually have a bin for drop-offs separate from the counter. There are lots of negative reviews, but I’ve never had a bad experience here.”
“Always Excellent Customer Service At the Stoneham Post Office! The Woman the Run the front are Excellent With helping Customers get there package off and get stamps ECT... Can't ask for better Employees then the staff you have at the Stoneham Post Office! Thank you it's My Pleasure to come from Medford to do my business here!”
“My wife loves to loudly yell over my shoulder “do NOT throw that out! I’ll sell it. Someone could use that, it’s in great condition…practically brand new!” Which of course leads me to (almost) ask why she bought the item in the first place if we never ended up using it and now I’m here unearthing it in the attic like fossil in western Utah. THAT being left unsaid of course she sells probably 1.3 things she claims she’s going to sell. The rest end up BACK in the attic where this whole story began.
ONE of the things she sold she forgot to mail out the night before going away for a few days. The buyer was expecting it at a specified time and it needed to be mailed “tomorrow PLEASE!” I am a 50 year old man and somehow I’ve managed to dodge the Post Office for pretty much all 50 of my years. I just have a great wife that handles things like that and it’s not a place I ever need to go. So going in I had the address of where the item was going and the item itself.
I would not have known where to even begin if not for the welcoming and sincere “how can I help you today?” I was greeted with by Allison behind the counter. She walked me thru every step, explaining everything along the way in a manner that I could probably walk in next time and mail something myself! She was great. When I tell you she not only banged out every step of the process she did it happily. Just exactly what service should always be when someone is “working” somewhere. Thank you Allison. I hope you see this and you have a better day because of it. I was the clueless guy mailing the football jersey late on a Friday. ?”
“Omg! Tim here has gone beyond the call of duty to find the perfect box to send to Japan- saving me a whopping $60!! He is so kind and helpful. He made my day! Thank you Tim! ?✨?”
“I must sincerely thank Joe. Went there this morning to mail out a package of sandals to a friend who lives out of the country. Boy did I feel old when I had to fill out all this paperwork and trying to package it all. The whole task felt cumbersome until Joe kept continually assisting me. Can't say enough about the exceptional service he provided me. While I was there I heard no fewer than 7 people complimenting him on his customer service. He is a great asset. Keep up the great work Joe I'm very certain I'm not the only person whose day you made by being so friendly and helpful. Stay blessed”
“The Post Office at 1179 Main St in Wakefield is honestly a little hidden gem. It’s only ever really busy a couple of weeks before and after Christmas, which makes most visits quick and easy. One of the regular staff members, a woman who works there often, is extremely friendly and does her job very well—always professional and efficient. I can confidently leave prepaid packages without worrying about needing a receipt or whether they’ll get scanned properly.
I almost hate to leave this review because I don’t want word to get out and have this place overrun with humans, but credit is due where it’s earned. Great service and a stress-free experience every time.”
