The Merc at Moody and Main more than fit the bill. The leasing and move in process was easily a 5 star rating because of the stellar staff that worked as a team to address any questions that we had about our unit. I reserved my review until we had been here a while and I could give an overall review of the entire property-still an easy 5! I can not say enough about everyone from the maintenance guys, the grounds crew, the housekeeping staff that greets my dog and I each morning when we go out for a walk, and the friendly residents. So many positives happening in this community. Jeff and staff keep the place decorated and warm for every holiday season and I'm not sure they even know how much those efforts make The Merc feel like home. They also work tirelessly to plan activities for us all to enjoy and get to know each other and their doors are always open when we need them. I really wasn't expecting to be in a place where I no longer miss having our own property. We love living here and being a part of this amazing community.”
