“I lived in the Hamilton Place in Watertown for a year. The building is old and run-down, but they were renovating it as I was moving out. Bob from maintenance is awesome, and the other maintenance guys get the job done fast too. It’s a very spacious apartment. The only con is the laundry room, which can get busy when you have 4 washers and dryers for a huge building , which some don’t work at times. They need to renovate that next, and then the building is not bad at all, and Watertown is an awesome place to live!”

He's very good to work with because he communicates what the changes are , when is it a good time to schedule them, and provides what the expected outcome should be looking like for that given issue. He's friendly , always got a smile, and is a pleasure to work with in this update and all the past times he's helped out with other updates for the apartment.
