A large selection of cars, both gas and electric, 2024/2025 models, he even has a selection of large SUVs which is very hard to come by outside of the Logan airport location. He is very kind, helpful and efficient getting you in and out in a clean well maintained vehicle and the other staff I find very helpful as well. “Had a great experience at the Budget in Waltham, MA, on the morning of December 2, 2024. We rented a car in Montreal to drive back to Boston and ended up with a Jeep—not what we expected, and the gas mileage was rough.

When we dropped it off in Waltham, the woman working there (wish I got her name!) was awesome. She explained that since it was an international rental, we’d have to call the 800 number for most issues, but she still went out of her way to see if she could help. She managed to get us a discount to make up for the crazy gas costs, which we really appreciated.

She didn’t promise anything but totally delivered and was so kind and understanding the whole time. A small gesture like that made a big difference. Thanks for the great service!”
