“I would like to share a very positive experience I had with Enterprise.
When I first rented the car in Boston, the vehicle unfortunately had a very strong and unpleasant smell, similar to smoke or something chemical. It made the driving experience uncomfortable.
However, when I visited the Enterprise location in Hyannis to explain the situation, the team handled everything in an extremely professional and generous way. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience, asked no questions, and promptly replaced the vehicle.
To my surprise, they even upgraded me to a higher category car at the same price. I truly felt well taken care of and respected as a customer.

“I will always use Boston Town Car. I dropped my phone after exiting the sedan and did not know it. 5 minutes later I called Mack Sanchez who sent my driver back to allow me to look in the car to no avail. unbeknownst to me Mack and Arlen Dos Santos began calling my phone and after repeated attempts found my phone which some kind stranger had brought to the Air Canada counter. Then going beyond the call of duty Mack sent Arlen, my driver, back to the airport to find me and let me know where my phone was. He literally scoured the airport to find me. I burst into tears at the commitment of these two amazing employees who found my phone. I am a customer for life of Boston Town Car- they greatly exceeded my expectations!”
“We had a great experience renting a car through Counterdex. The entire process was very smooth and easy. The staff member who helped us was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The car we received was in excellent condition, and we really appreciated the service. Our deposit was also returned without any issues.
I also appreciated that the representative did not try to unnecessarily sell us additional products or services we did not need. The experience felt honest and customer-focused.
During our rental, we did have an issue with one of the tires. Two or three days after picking up the car, the tire started losing air. Even after refilling it, the problem continued. I contacted customer service, and they directed us to the nearest Pep Boys. After inspection, Pep Boys informed us that the tire was worn and needed to be replaced rather than repaired.
Although dealing with a tire replacement during our road trip cost us about four hours of our time, I appreciated how smoothly the issue was handled and that it was resolved properly.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Counterdex for their professionalism, helpful service, and customer care.”

When he left, I wasn’t sure if I’d get the same experience but then came Angaela. 2 bookings 2 weeks apart, and she always helped. One surely thinks initially that she’s acting cold but in reality, she’s such a helpful individual. Last booking, enterprise closes at 6 and I had a booking for 6 pm. I reached at 6:10 and she was about to lock the place, she could’ve denied me service but guess what? She didn’t.
