New App is ridiculous to use and penalize people with Alzheimer's and older people who find it difficult to use. Also the phone never answers and impossible to get a hold of pharmacist in person

Always telling to come back in 15 minutes, just to tell you the medication is not ready yet. Very stressful and frustrating experience. CVS should do something to be more effective and keep their employees happier.
