CVS receives mixed reviews from its customers, highlighting both excellent service and areas needing improvement. Many customers praise specific staff members, such as Nicholas, who is celebrated as a remarkable pharmacist known for his professionalism and dedication to patient care, including administering a high number of vaccines. Wendy and Victoria also receive commendations for their helpfulness and exceptional customer service, with Victoria being noted for going above and beyond to assist a customer in urgent need. However, there are significant criticisms regarding the pharmacy's overall atmosphere. Some reviews mention that the pharmacy staff appears unhappy and often takes this frustration out on customers. Customers also express dissatisfaction with the pharmacy's communication, stating that the staff rarely answers phone calls or informs them when prescriptions are ready. Additionally, issues with long lines and limited staff at checkout are frequently mentioned, suggesting a need for better staffing. Despite the negative aspects, positive interactions with certain employees stand out, creating a mix of experiences for customers visiting CVS. Overall, while some staff members provide exceptional service, operational challenges may impact the overall customer experience.
Drove 20 mins to the store at 3am to get some otc medicine. Sign in door says it is open 4am-1am. NOT 24 hours. Memo to CVS: Stop lying about your hours online!!!! Will avoid CVS anytime I can.
