Derrick and Omega are great with excellent people skills but DEFINITELY a different experience at night with a grumpy shift leader named Mikael. Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store. Other than one bad apple that works at night named Mikael this store really cares about customer service. 5 stars from me but I won't go in at night anymore unfortunately:(:(:(”

“May 2023:4: I could recommend this location. I stopped by this location as a result of needing a few things before I continued on my way. I grabbed a few scratch tickets, a couple of drinks, and some snack food items. The store was fairly clean and orderly upon my arrival. It was a location adjacent to a main street that was easily accessed from two different roads. There was no visible handicap parking in front, but plenty of parking spaces available. The cashier was competent and friendly.”

“had a great experience with the pharmacy here. i needed a medication transferred and the pharmacists were very kind and had it ready within the day! when i went to pick it up, they were very professional and even helped me find a lower cost prescription, as my insurance did not cover it. very pleased and will return.the hold times are relatively long, unless you call early in the morning. i took a star off because the store itself was very disorganized, and the sections were incorrectly labeled. but 5/5 for the pharmacy”

But if this was just about the Pharmacy, I would give this review 3/5 stars. I do get my prescriptions filled on time, but the pharmacists don't seem to want to be there when you speak to them. They are generally cold, and keep their answers to as few words as possible (especially the consulting pharmacists). Also it was really difficult, getting through the AI assistant to get a real person to speak with....had to trick the system with my response. The system kept giving me answers I didn't need. Walgreens pharmacy in East Arlington was the best from years of experience with them, but my insurance will now only allow me to order from CVS.”

And I mean the best pharmacy out of all, better than any, including Walgreens & the rest of em.
