I've had some issues with a prescription that has occasionally been on backorder (manufacturer's issue) and the staff has been so great trying to procure it for me as quickly as possible. They have been very friendly, professional, and accommodating every time.

You can't reach a person on the phone to ask whether or not they carry a medication because their incompetent ai won't let you talk to a person. MASSIVE FAIL. GOING TO YOUR COMPETITION.
Update-decided to try cvs again. This time their ai hung up on me. I'm so done with cvs. FAIL AGAIN.
