“I want to give a big shout out to a Pro Customer Service associate - Selena. The prices at this store are great, but the customer service that we received from Selena was exceptional. Selena was great at my first order when I had to order a lot of different tiles: she kept it organized for me, helped to look for substitutes and explained everything that a new customer needs to know. Several month later we had an issue with the tile delivery on the back order: it was pushed out, I received miscommunication that it is not likely to come at all... So I reached out to Selena again, and sure enough she was patient, resourceful and even able to negotiate a discount for us for all the trouble. She was able to look at the logistics system and confirm that the tile indeed will be in soon. One week later - we received the tile and can't be happier. Thank you, Selena!”
