Selena was great at my first order when I had to order a lot of different tiles: she kept it organized for me, helped to look for substitutes and explained everything that a new customer needs to know. Several month later we had an issue with the tile delivery on the back order: it was pushed out, I received miscommunication that it is not likely to come at all... So I reached out to Selena again, and sure enough she was patient, resourceful and even able to negotiate a discount for us for all the trouble. She was able to look at the logistics system and confirm that the tile indeed will be in soon. One week later - we received the tile and can't be happier. Thank you, Selena!”

He was super responsive, even when he went away on vacation he provided seamless coverage. “After wasting hours attempting to buy a kitchen faucet for store pickup from Home Depot I researched local plumbing supply stores. I assumed Bath showcase would offer only high end fixtures (as opposed to single faucet!) but Nick at Bath Showcase was able to find a faucet in my price range. They had it in stock ready to pick up the next day and I saved $20 over Home Depot. This was a small sale for them but when we decide to remodel kitchen or bath we will contact Nick. Lesson learned, don't run to big box stores, support local businesses!”
