“These people are amazing! I hear horror stories about people not getting mail for weeks in other states, I know the post office is very short staffed, but in Watertown it’s obvious they are doing everything they can to get peoples mail to them on time”

“Came to get my passport and Lily was very helpful!! Super kind and attentive, she made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. There were 2 other people working as well and they seemed to handle customers just as well. This is definitely one of the better post office’s I’ve been to.”
