I'm giving this location 5 stars because of Barry. He assisted me process my US passport. I didn't have an appointment but that day it was pretty quiet. Barry bent the "rule" for a better cause. Barry went above and beyond. He is great and needs a raise and promotion!

Missed my package had to pick it up( my fault). Staff friendly and professional, my only suggestion is on USPS.com it says for newton/Watertown residents to pick up packages at 123 Galen st, which was incorrect for me (I went to the Washington st location)

The worst. Poor service. Always one employee even when ten people are standing in line. Packages go missing with little help or are claimed to have been delivered. There are better
