“I have been going there for 3 years THE BEST usps location. Very nice and friendly staff and they are working fast, which is important. Stuff smiles to you and being nice. Just my favorite spot for sending mail and packages. I usually send them with Steven, but if he is busy with someone else, I go to another person and never got any problems. Everyone there is just a very good worker!”

“I came to have something laminated on Saturday a week before Christmas, and while i was waiting for the machine to warm-up, i watched the staff dealing with an onslaught of folks mailing packages. I was really impressed with the cheerfulness and efficiency i saw.When my job was completed and i asked the price, the manager said, "You're Good." I was stunned as i had heard him say this to other customers also, but i didn't understand he meant it was a gift. These were small amounts, but i left feeling a glow in my heart and wonderful appreciation for his kindness.Bless you, UPS Store staff.”

“Avoid the older blonde woman like the plague unless you want your blood to boil. Seems to get pleasure out of not listening to a word you say, offers options you clearly don't need, then continues to screw up your shipment, no matter how simple it is. I refuse to go to her station anymore. I f anyone else is working, I will wait even if I am next up. If she is the only one working, I turn around and leave. Not worth the hassle and frustration. EDIT: EVERYONE else is great.”
“I visit this location frequently, and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.”
