The gentleman working there—he might’ve gone by “Mo,” though I’m not certain—was absolutely incredible. His customer service was exceptional. He helped me unpack the suitcases and reassured me not to worry, that he would take care of packing everything himself.
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced that level of compassion and service—especially at a UPS Store. You could tell he was just a genuinely kind and caring person. The young woman at the front, whose name I didn’t catch, was also warm, helpful, and had a lovely smile. She was about to help me, but he kindly told her, “Don’t worry, I’ll pack it—you can help the next customer.”
