Upon arrival the staff was informative and gave me a fair quote for a winter tire swap. My car was ready just a few hours later with my tires properly mounted and the old tires nicely wrapped in plastic in the back of my vehicle. “I was driving from RI through Mass on my way to New Hampshire. I was in my Jeep and had my daughters wedding gown across the back seat and was loaded up with other wedding boxes. i had run over a nail. I went to aaa, town fair, and a couple of other places all while my tire was leaking air at a very fast rate. everyone quoted me 3-4 hours before they could change the tire. I had a full size spare and just needed help changing it. I could t get at my jack wothout emptying out the car. I called a small gas station who sent me to hogan tire. I talked to Hogan and they were so kind. they squeezed me in and I was on my way within an hour. they treated me with kindness and respect. I'm not from this area- but highly recommend this company - who stepped up when no one else could or would. thank you guys ~ a grateful Mom”

“I am not from MA, and I had two flat tires. I was towed to this location and at first they said they didn’t have my tires which was soo stressful. I returned to my car to find another place to get tires asap. But after awhile I got no where and then all of a sudden Jerry.. ( I am pretty sure that was his name) asked how I was doing and I told him not good. He looked again for my tire size and found it thankfully. It was over all a great experience and I am so grateful that he had the tire size and went above and beyond to help me. So thank you.”
