“Came here to install a new tire on a rim after getting a flat. Bought the tire myself. The team installed the tire, checked the balance, swapped the wheel and the doughnut, disposed of the old tire - all under 30 mins. Didn’t make an appointment, but did call in advance to check if they have availability. Excellent service, good price, very courteous.”

“I visited Sullivan’s Tire in Waltham, MA yesterday, and I just want to say that if anyone is hesitating about going there — don’t.
I was treated with so much respect and kindness from the moment I arrived. Even though they were very busy, the gentleman at the front desk made time to help me. He went above and beyond to make sure my tire was fixed so I could safely make it to my destination in Framingham.
I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly attentive. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my tire and explained everything clearly. That level of care and transparency really meant a lot to me.
Everyone there was friendly, respectful, and truly professional. I’m very grateful for the help I received.
