“I always enjoy stopping by this T.J. Maxx when I’m in the area. The store is clean and well organized, and you can usually find some great deals if you take your time to browse. The selection changes often, which makes every visit feel a bit like a treasure hunt. The staff has generally been friendly and checkout is pretty quick. Sometimes certain sections can be a bit limited depending on the day, but that’s pretty typical for T.J. Maxx. Overall, a solid place to shop for good brands at reasonable prices!”

“After being told their was product in stock by a team member, i drove over an hour to the store and when i showed up i was told it was not in stock. After speaking to one of the managers, Julie and her team ( Derek and marc) went out of their way to rectify the situation and ended up finding exactly what i was looking for and more. Truly great customer service and will gladly come back thank you.”
“People are nice. They do have a good selection usually they are well stocked. The automotive department really doesn't do a lot. Maybe just tires that sort of thing. I called and asked if they could do my brakes and they told me they don't do that. But overall it's a good Walmart sometimes there are a lot of campers in there..”

“We were in your Wareham store on Monday late afternoon. During our shopping trip, we lost our four year old family member. Fear overcame us when we couldn’t immediately lay eyes on her. I loudly yelled out that we were missing a young child, her name, her description. Immediately, a message came over the loud speaker that a “Code Adam” was happening. Then another announcement calling Harper’s name asking her to come up front. All hands were immediately on deck, front doors were manned, and staff was put out on the shopping floor to look for her. Your lovely staff found her hiding in the men’s sport coats, and immediately brought her up front. I cannot begin to thank Monday night 12/29/25 staff enough for their rapid and professional response. It was truly impressive. We will forever be grateful for each and every helper. More importantly, we will make JCPENNEY WAREHAM OUR FIRST STOP FOR SHOPPING. Again, thank you! - A very grateful grandmother CAPE COD”
