“This is hands down the best auto parts store in the area! Hratch is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you have everything you need.
I came in after a bolt snapped in my engine block, and Hratch walked me through exactly what I needed—from replacement bolts and screw extractors to the correct drill bits. He even gave me step-by-step instructions on how to tackle the repair myself, which was incredibly helpful.
When I came back to exchange the extractor for a smaller size, he made the entire process quick and easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. Hratch definitely deserves a raise! I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any parts I need in the future. 5 stars!”
