I mostly goes to this branch or the one one Huron Ave, this particular branch in Watertown ma, have very knowledgeable and polite staff...who always thinks and takes care of their customers ... they put customers first!!!

I rely heavily on reviews myself. I needed to open up an account for my condominium Association. The difficulty was that the other owner is based in China. Brendan and Eastern Bank were great to work with throughout the process. I gave him my highest recommendation.
