She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make our experience exceptional. She even followed up and remembered us when I called back to get some additional information. “Oh great Barry is reviewing another 'chain', something he complains about doing, YET KEEPS DOING! But this will be short Why? Well, see the picture I attached. This is the back entrance, from the parking lot behind CVS Apparently, a lot of people dont know it was there. I was talking to a CS rep inside, and he said he sees people parking on teh street, walking around, the building, etc There is an entrance right next to CVS even better, there are 6 spots there, FREE, meter free for bank patrons! and three ATM's right in the door Some people hate BoA. I am not one of these people And they DO make life more convenient!”

“VERY convenient parking (though dip in sidewalk is off to the side, making it slightly less wheelchair-friendly), directly in front of entrance from lot on Church Street. Multiple machines that accept cash and check DEPOSITS. Feels fairly safe even at wee hours thanks to busy 24-hour CVS adjacent.”
