PJ made a great first impression right away over the phone when I first called to get some info. Without any pressure Nelson helped me to choose mattress that was right for me. Helped me to choose right base for my new mattress. Gave my printed list with several choices i made with transparent price. So i left store satisfied. I made additional research home regarding my choices and made a decision. Next day i came back and bought S&F Lux Estate 16” mattress and smart base Ergo 3. Got some bonuses with my purchases. it was real pleasure to work with Nelson. The most i like about him that he did not press me to buy, answered all my questions, helped with my particular situation and so on. Definitely will recommend this particular store and Nelson!”

I have purchased three office chairs from relax the back, two of them from this store. The main purpose of this review is to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Julian the manager. If I could give six stars, I definitely would. Both of my office chairs were damaged during a move. Over the past few months, he easily fixed one and after significant effort on his part he was able to fix the other. He was able to come to my home to fix the chairs. He did not charge me anything, which I felt somewhat guilty about. He is very old-school in a positive way and dedicated to his work. On another note, one of the office chairs is about 15 years old and I also have a perfect chair downstairs which is about 20 years old. There is a chance that these products may outlive me.”

It sounds from some earlier reviews like they had a bit of a rough patch logistically, but I'm happy to report that they just delivered my new sofabed ahead of schedule -- they quoted three months, and it was in my living room in just 68 days.The couch itself is wonderful, in large part because it's *not* a couch, or a futon, or a bed. It's shaped like a couch, convertible like a futon, and sturdily constructed like a bed.Khat is, as always, a delight to work with, and even arranged us an especially convenient delivery time outside normal business hours.”

“Come for the great product, but stay for the great people!!
We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. They’ll have whatever it is you’re looking for.” And boy, were they right.
Their inventory is incredible. But even more incredible? Mike.
From the moment I called, Mike didn’t just “know his stuff” — he was genuinely warm, kind, and so deeply helpful. You could feel that he actually cared. Not in a transactional, “let me make the sale” kind of way, but in a real, human way. He listened. He understood exactly what we needed. He made us feel taken care of. It honestly feels like you just don’t find stores like this anymore — where it’s not some arbitrary transaction, but a true connection. The kind of place that builds community, not just a customer list. And as new parents trying to get out of the house with a baby, his patience and flexibility (even staying open a little late for us!) meant more than I can say.
This was truly a 100 out of 10 experience. I would go back hands down anytime — and I’ll be sending anyone and everyone I know straight to Mike. He’s just wonderful.”
