“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”

“Jacob was exceptional in assisting me in resetting our e-pill dispenser. We have used the same machine for years. Somehow when reloading last week some setting were changed, obviously by us. Jacob walked me through the process and answered all questions with patience.”

Communication was quick. The nice lady that picks up the phone (don’t remember her name) she was helpful when I asked her about the different types of pumps. “Delight Medicals is a company in which the owner Anthony and the staff are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. We had an unexpected equipment failure which required emergency repair over the weekend and despite it being the Sunday before the July 4th holiday, Anthony took the time to come and rectify the situation although the equipment was not a product he supplied.
