“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”

“EDIT: this review was from back when it was still Fish and Bone Staff are always incredibly helpful with great recommendations-- I have a very picky cat and he's absolutely loved all of the toys and treats I've purchased here. I have also ordered online and had a very good experience. Definitely my favorite place to get pet supplies and I've recommended it to all my friends!”

“Our mini poodle Zuko loves Magdalena. She has a good eye, is familiar with breed standard cuts, and is a great advisor as we consider new styles and at-home maintenance in between sessions. People (including show folks!) always ask where he gets groomed! Regardless of season, Zuko always comes out clean, soft, and fluffy - and I appreciate the quality of the products that Pawsh carries. Between the products and Magdalena’s drying skills, Zuko’s grooms hold shape and look good for weeks. We keep coming in monthly because of her artistry. Pawsh as a store is fantastic too. Lots of good treats, chews, and accessories. Super friendly staff and lovely owners. I swear Zuko loves the attention from the people more than he loves the treats!”

“The best pet store! I used to go to loyal companion before they closed and only Pooped Pooch carried the things I wanted. They are extremely helpful and will get you whatever you need. I recently switched stores because I moved (Savin hill to Asmont) and they made sure to have what I used to order in both stores. They also have deals on certain brands of dog food. Toy organization could be better. 10/10!”

“Associates were super helpful when I came in looking for cat-friendly treats to celebrate my girl's birthday! They went through every item at the self-scoop station and figured out which were dog-only and which were cat-and-dog. I was able to get a great assortment for really cheap, and I'll definitely be back to grab some treats for the pup.”

“Amazing store! It is clean, has a great variety of treats. What I loved best was the customer service. Emily made me feel right at home and that my dog’s taste buds were in good hands. I got some chicken strips. I like that they give your dog samples so you know for sure your pet likes what you are getting. Which is great because by good boy 🐕is such a picky eater! Also the store was busy with other customers and I watched as Emily balanced it all well helping everyone. Thanks for the help Emily! We will be back again soon.”

“Pooped Pooch saved the day. Open on a Sunday afternoon, plenty of parking, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I left with a healthier and more nutritious bag of kibble than our regular brand, and our 70lb girl Sophie loves it. Even with a few extra treats added on, my total came out to just around $30. Thank you!”

“My very sweet, 90 pound hound mix turns into an unhinged gremlin for nail trimmings. We've been kicked out of more than one place (with him on doubled up anti anxiety meds). When I spoke to the owner on the phone she said they've only had one dog in 30 years they couldn't do and I thought my Toby would make it 2. They took him in the back for less than five minutes and he came out happy and trimmed. Highly recommend.”

“Winchester is very fortunate to have such a great pet store! I went in for the first time last week and was greeted by the friendly store employee. He listened carefully to my questions about treats for my picky dog and gave me thoughtful suggestions. The treats he recommended were an instant hit and I was so relieved to have finally found something that my dog liked AND wasn't filled it additives. I also appreciated how they are selective about which brands they stock, ensuring they are high quality and have ethical practices. Look forward to shopping here more.”

“I love a small biz and can’t recommend these enough. i have four dogs that LOVE to chew — we go through bully sticks and antler sheds like the average person goes through toilet paper. Pretty sure they’d chew the earth in half if I let them. I have very low expectations for any chews labeled “long lasting”, but i saw the summit chews at the sowa vintage market today and figured it was worth a shot . We’ve been home for almost an hour and they’ve barely made a dent. …..i just ordered fourteen of them”

“Our puppy had a number of knots in her hair/fur and Karyn was AMAZING with her! Highly highly recommend the dirty doodle! This is the second place we have tried, and happy that I have definitely found my go-to place for our dog's grooming needs. Thank you so much Karyn!”

30 Brighton St, Belmont MA 02478
“I'm reviewing only for the grooming service. I had a really bad experience at PetSmart that left my Cavalier KC traumatized and in the ER; you can imagine I was pretty anxious in taking my baby back to a new place. Daniella is the only groomer there so she personally takes care of each dog from beginning to end. I explained all that had happened in the past and she was super understanding, texted and kept me updated throughout the service until the end plus my doggie looked so fluffy, cute and well groomed! I'm definitely going back to her! The price is also very reasonable so a plus on that as well! Thank you Daniella!”

“Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!”
