“I am a long time TDBank customer, and I have regularly found the service at this branch to be stellar, even during these crazy times. Although we cannot enter the bank, this branch has gone above and beyond with helping customers via the drive-through. I had to replace my bank card, and they were able to do it with ease. Today I was having difficulty reaching the 888 line, as well as contacting via the app, so I called the branch. The whole issue was resolved in less than three minutes. Talk about grace under pressure! Kudos to the Wayland branch!”
