“Carole Dion our sales representative was just fantastic. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like vip’s. Long Subaru is a great place to purchase and service your vehicle. This was my third purchase of a Subaru car.”

“I would highly recommended this place. My passenger rear door of the car was damaged when it was backed into the garage. An estimate was requested and seen within 30 mins of the accoddnt, and the car was left at 8 am the following day. The vehicle was completed by 4 pm, and there was no sign of the previous damage. They quoted a fair price, and the final cost was even lower”

“Nothing but good things to say about Harbro. When shopping for a car, I didn't feel at all pressured when I was looking around here. Zach greeted me and was very helpful answering questions, and he was very friendly. I didn't feel the least but pressured. They let you take a test drive on your own so you can take the time to test everything and make sure you like the car, without someone breathing down your neck. They are very honest at Harbro, too. The price you see is what you get, no strings attached. It includes the sales tax and all the fees!”

“Mac's has been reliable & cost-effective over the years - & just proved their top-rating again.. My 2017 Subaru Outback broke down in traffic on E. Main Street in Webster - looked like major transmission issues plus the E-brake failed, as the AAA tow driver observed. Thought it was a goner. But Mac's put in a new axel & reprogrammed the computer & it's running again. For about $500. I'm not religious, but this seems almost like a miracle. Not gonna go on any long trips, but at least I can drive it to the dealership when I seek a replacement.”

“I have been going to hi-lo for my inspections for the last 3 years, and every single time I have had a great experience! Everyone who works here is so nice, I am always greated with a smile and a warm “good morning” from everyone. One year I even went to get inspected and didn’t realize my registration was expired, and they helped me renew it online so that I could pass inspection right then and not have to find time to go back! I really just can’t say enough nice things about hi-lo, they truly are amazing.”

“This place is great. I do a lot of my own repairs but if it's a time consuming job or it requires special tools or it's just a service bulletin/recall issue, I take my Explorer over there and Doug at the counter takes great care of everything. He is always calm and cool and makes you feel at ease. The most impressive thing about their service is that they don't try to sell you something you don't need and they don't BS their customers. Doug will tell you what you need now and what can wait. He works well with the extended warranty company to get you the lowest out of pocket costs for you if there is a deductible. I highly recommend Place Ford Motors for convenience and great honest service.”

“I haven't been here in a while. It is definitely under a new type of management and in a good way. Very professional and clean. Gas Prices are on par with everything in the area. Got my inspection sticker quick despite it being somewhat busy.”
