My 2017 Subaru Outback broke down in traffic on E. Main Street in Webster - looked like major transmission issues plus the E-brake failed, as the AAA tow driver observed. Thought it was a goner. But Mac's put in a new axel & reprogrammed the computer & it's running again. For about $500.
I'm not religious, but this seems almost like a miracle.
Not gonna go on any long trips, but at least I can drive it to the dealership when I seek a replacement.”

An estimate was requested and seen within 30 mins of the accoddnt, and the car was left at 8 am the following day. The vehicle was completed by 4 pm, and there was no sign of the previous damage. My muffler needed some repairing and the job that was done was phenomenal, my car drives better than it used to. I would definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs. Chris was very helpful, communicative, and always made sure I was in the loop of everything that was happening. Price was good, better than I expected!”

Everyone who works here is so nice, I am always greated with a smile and a warm “good morning” from everyone. One year I even went to get inspected and didn’t realize my registration was expired, and they helped me renew it online so that I could pass inspection right then and not have to find time to go back! I really just can’t say enough nice things about hi-lo, they truly are amazing.”
