“Growing Up is a wonderful shop with a great selection of gently used, pre-owned brands for kids. The owner is kind and always helpful. They buy directly from customers and they are very selective, which I love as a customer. When I'm clearing out my kids closets and sell to them, I try to bring brands and styles that are current, in season, and high quality. I often carry a credit so shopping there is extra affordable.”

“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”

“Love this little store! Excellent quality children’s clothing - everything from play clothes, dress clothing for special occasions, jackets, coats, shoes and boots. Some items are brand new complete with original tags! The store is well organized. Their prices are reasonable and they regularly have items on sale. The women who own the store are helpful, but not pushy. Highly recommend!”
“We went in for the first time and although it was busy two people helped find dresses and provide great feedback. We were in and out in 30 minutes and have a dress for a semi formal. The owner was awesome and she told every girl who went into the shop tell me if you don’t like something I won’t take it personally. She was fantastic. Great range of dresses from casual to party dresses. They also have things to go under dresses so you can have one stop shopping. We will be back!”

“Stopped into the Gap to grab a quick blouse. I was greeted by the manager Suzanne, who was friendly and really just had the best positive vibe. I am relocating to the area for a new job and she helped me quite a bit. Loved her energy. I hadn’t shopped at the GAP in years but will definitely return.”

Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”

“Much cleaner and more organized than the Newbury st store. They also recently just installed self checkouts to make the lines move faster, and there is someone always there to help you get the security tags off the clothes if you need help. Much more pleasant shopping experience now.”
