It felt good to not feel pressured into getting a mattress as well, and we still left with one of the more expensive mattress. Very pleased with this experience. Even more so happy that we could pick a great date for mattress drop off!”
“B&P to the rescue! The sofa, chair and ottoman I purchased online sight unseen turned out to be far too big for my room. I tried to “make it work, but had to return them. I am awaiting another appropriately sized set and a, sooo grateful to B&P for helping me out. Every staff member was delightful to work with. I highly recommend B&P!”

“I recently made a purchase of a bed (Chatham and Wells) at the Hyannis store. Chris Banks was great to work with. He answered all my questions. It was obvious he knew the products well. “If I could give it more than 5 stars for service, I would. Went to the store to get something I saw online. I wanted to send it as a gift. It could not be shipped from the main warehouse for some reason. The local store had what I wanted, but one part was broken. They searched their inventory for another but no luck. Then the sales woman (store mgr.?) began a search online to find a store somewhere that had it and would ship it. This involved calling various stores all over the country! Finally found one that would work, after about half an hour of nonstop searching. The woman in the other store sent a photo since each item was a little different. Both people were incredibly nice and accommodating. Super experience! Local store: Mashpee, Cape Cod. Other store: Avalon in Georgia.”
“Target at the Cape Cod Mall is an interesting place to do your shopping as you walk through seemingly empty aisles that might have a glimpse of what you went in to buy. Blame it on the lack of help, blame it on the supply chain. It’s all part of the experience. I once bought a portable charger here, brought it home, and realized I purchased an empty box as the item inside had been lifted. The return process was a breeze and the sales associate was very kind. This all being said, there is an amiable troll that inhabits this Target who provides great assistance whilst navigating the barren wasteland. I would’ve given this Target a 3-star reviews but the Target Troll helped this location reach the 4th star, and if that’s enough for a Michelin Restaurant, it’s enough for me.”
