“We needed a very old blind fixed and instead of trying to sell us an expensive new one (another blinds company tried to do this), they were able to have the company replace it for free. They are teriffic and would recommend them to all.”

“My go to shop on the Cape when I need a unique piece of furniture to style a cottage. In the past I have purchased several items from dressers, to tables, and a beautiful black distressed wood beaded chandelier. All of these items were painted in a vintage style in different colors. Every time I'm in the area I always stop in. Their shop is a true treasure.”

“We were greeted by Tom as soon as we entered the store. He was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service. We purchased a sectional couch, recliner and adjustable bed frame with firm mattress. Currently awaiting delivery. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Bob's to use Tom for your next furniture purchase at Bob's Discount Furniture in Hyannis.”

“Travellers, this is an excellent thrift shop on cape cod, which is home to the best thrift stores on the east coast. They are all fabulous so definitely take the cape cod thrift store tour. Many thrift shops have a flyer highlighting thrift stores. This is store is special because they had very since stuff at incredible prices. Art work glassware table top and clothes. A nice selection for both men and women. The service there is top notch and with a smile. There is something for everyone. Check it out. We recommend.TLDR - Great stuff worth the look”
“We had a great experience at the Hyannis Sleep Number store. The sales person, Jake was fantastic! He was not pushy at all, was very knowledgeable about the products he showed us and did not try to get us to buy something we didn’t want. He also helped us work within our budget. The sleep assessment device worked well to help us figure out our correct Sleep Number settings. Overall, it was a great purchase experience for us. I would highly recommend Jake to friends and family.”
“I like the Joann fabric store in Hyannis. It has got a moderate selection of fabrics and craft supplies. It is the best option on the Cape for many craft and fabric supplies, but the best thing about this store is its employees. I was assisted by a woman at the cutting table who was exceptional, I only wish that I had gotten her name. I am having a themed Halloween birthday party for my grandson and this staff member assisted me with a treasure trove of ideas. She was thoughtful, creative and considerate. What a wonderful person! Joann is lucky to have her and I feel fortunate as well for all of her help. ❤️”
“A terrific & eclectic collection of home decor & other items like signs, furnishings, fabrics, & more. Clothing & Cape themed items, candles, soaps. Shop local! And not local in the sense of cheap & tacky souvenirs made in Asia & sold at every t-shirt shack on the Cape, but in the sense of handmade items made locally & sold locally. Like at this place. There's even a sign for popular longtime local restaurant.”

“We have used Boston Interiors Mashpee on two different occasions to fully furnish two different condos. Four years ago, we bought our first condo on the Cape and needed furniture for every room. “I needed a floor to run through my living room and kitchen. I picked out a durvana floor that was the perfect color with the durability I needed and best part was.it was in stock. ll.flooring came out to measure right away and had a quote for the materials and installation within 3 days. When I went in to order , they realized that a few of the items were not in stock in Hyannis, but they contacted Plymouth to have them shipped down. The installer, APLUS FLOOR INSTALLATION, came right on time, showed my husband and I everything that needed to be done, and were very pleasant, professional, and left everything clean and neat when they left.My floors are absolutely beautiful and really complement my new kitchen. We noticed that we had been overcharged for a few things which we broought to the attention of the Hyannis location and they immediately credited me for the errors. I would definitely recommend the store and the installer.”
“If I could give it more than 5 stars for service, I would. Went to the store to get something I saw online. I wanted to send it as a gift. It could not be shipped from the main warehouse for some reason. The local store had what I wanted, but one part was broken. They searched their inventory for another but no luck. Then the sales woman (store mgr.?) began a search online to find a store somewhere that had it and would ship it. This involved calling various stores all over the country! Finally found one that would work, after about half an hour of nonstop searching. The woman in the other store sent a photo since each item was a little different. Both people were incredibly nice and accommodating. Super experience! Local store: Mashpee, Cape Cod. Other store: Avalon in Georgia.”
