“Let's admit it, going to a postal office is usually pretty stress inducing - at least for me! The lines, the attitudes, the staff, ugh.
However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.
I will come to branch next time!”
“The few times I've been in recently (including ~3pm 08/23/23), there has been an extremely helpful and kind woman working. My experiences have been pleasant visiting the post office, which is not always the case!”

“I had lost my shipping information and I was going to lose $500. I called the post office and the woman I spoke with was spot on!!! She was pleasant cooperative and helped me fix the situation. I will say I have used this little post office off/on for years and I have always found the postman responsive and professional. However in this case she went above and beyond. There are still good people working hard to help customers. I met one today”

The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. However, the team took full responsibility for the mix-up and did not stop until they found a solution.”

“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”

-The staff is always very welcoming.
-There is almost never a wait.
-Centrally located at the end of Park Ave/Main St/Stafford St.
Outside of the irregular hours, I can't seem to figure out why this place is getting so much negative feedback! Both ladies in there are extremely pleasant and always greet me with a smile when I come in for services. Not only are they kind, theres almost ALWAYS zero wait, unlike other post offices in the city.
This place is right down the street from my job so it's super convenient for when we need to ship out frames, returns, or other packages. Please show the staff inside the same kindness they have always shown me!”

I have been coming to this location for years and previous team was not good at all.. the new manager, I did not catch her name, is really good. She is professional and polite.
