“Sneaker Next Door in Brockton is hands down one of the best sneaker shops around. They have an amazing selection of sneakers, clothing, and accessories, with options for both everyday wear and serious collectors. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without being pushy.
One thing that really sets them apart is their sneaker cleaning service. They do an excellent job bringing worn or dirty shoes back to life, and the results are impressive. It’s a great option if you want to keep your favorite pairs looking fresh without replacing them.

“First time arriving here for NB men 1080's. An immediate greeting,assistance and showing the style and size was a welcoming shopping experience. The purchase was handled by a different member who was equally gracious and friendly. The arrival, shopping and checkout was super. And a signup for NB specials and other saving advantages extended the great experiences. Not to dismiss the comforting 1080 style sneaker. They are light, supportive and look terrific. The wide toe box is a necessary fit that my feet require. Five stars for the staff and brand.”

“Cindy is a hero. She has provided a phenomenal customer service. I ever seen I've been shopping for this Store for many years and as well different stores, but I think I'm gonna stick with DSW store since Cindy is has provided a very great customer service. She helped me determine what size my kids are. Since the feet grow every 6 month and she was able to help me find the right shoe for the kids, she was multitasking. while I was trying the kids shoes, she was helping other couples, and she came back to check on me to make sure the shoe workedout ok. She is a big asset to your company. Cindy is a great person who loves taking care of customer and enjoys her job and always smiling. I recommend all your staff members are train by Cindy since she is a good role model to your company. Thank you very much, Cindy for everything. Keep up the good work ? ?”

“I've enjoyed a fantastic experience wearing and maintaining Alden Shoes for 40 or so years. The majority of Alden shoes that I own (many Cordovan) were purchased from Brooks Brothers, when Brooks Brothers put their label in Alden Shoes, and when Brooks Brothers amounted to something far more and far greater than the disaster that they are today. I've used Alden's refurbishing services, several times, and I've been very pleased with their service, although, I am disappointed to read about Dennis K's experience with Alden Shoes refurbishing services, and my guard/suspect is up, as a result of Dennis K's Yelp review. Alden shoes are hard to come by, since Brooks Brothers is nearly out of business. I've purchased a few pair from Mr. Sid, in Newton, MA, which was a great experience.”

“Went in to shop for my 10 year old Grandson. The gentleman (possible manager) was very kind and happily ran back and forth to grab different sizes. We purchased a pair of Nike and Puma. Each pair needed a different size. The gentleman made my grandson and I feel like It was no bother at all to try on so many lol. I was very pleased. They have sneakers other stores do not have! I will attach photos of the sneakers we bought. I AM SO GLAD WE WENT HERE!!!”
