“Bruce and his son John are the best! We bought a pool table from a private sale, and Pioneer Billiards did the pick up and set up for the table in our basement. They were on time for both pick up and assembly at our house, and they are meticulous with their craft to set up the table and ensure leveling, minor pocket repairs, etc. Price was reasonable and exactly what they quoted for the job when we first asked about costs, etc. So, you can't go wrong with this 3rd generation business of doing this work on the Cape or elsewhere. Honest and nice guys!”

“I had an issue with an in-store order that I had placed and was having troublr getting the tracking information. In this day and age I had to go into the store so they could verify my identity over the customer support hot-line. No big deal as I live right up the street from the store. I called and spoke to Brendan, one of the managers there, and he told me to come into the store to assist with the tracking. Upon arriving to the store he was there waiting for me to help with my order as well as helping out the rest of his co-workers and other customers that were in the store. He has impeccable multi-tasking skills.He got ahold of customer support and got my tracking information just like that and it will be arriving this Saturday!I appreciate the way he was kind and extremely helpful in getting me the tracking information as well as helping me find some more outfits for the approaching winter!Brendan is an asset to this company and he deserves a raise!!11/10 stars.”
