“OB and his team went above and beyond for me. My car got rear ended, and I brought my car right to OB’s shop. He immediately took a look at it and explained what I needed to do. He helped me with all the insurance questions I had and talked to me about, what steps I needed to take. The car came out looking brand new. OB and his staff are friendly and truly care about their customers. OB takes his time talking to you and explaining everything ,you never feel rushed. I will definitely be using OB and his shop for all my car needs.”
“We had an incident where the bumper on our Audi A3 got ripped off on the left side. The tail light fell out of it. We needed to get it repaired and we were told by another repair shop that it would take two weeks and cost about $1500. Mac's looked at it and said they felt they could wrangle it back onto the car without us having to replace the entire bumper. What they did LOOKED AMAZING and cost $200. It took just a few hours. RUN to Mac's when you need help. They do awesome work and we were thrilled with the result.”

“After our brand new Subaru Ascent got hit and run while parked on the street leaving a baseball sized hole, broken taillight, non-operational blind spot monitors and a large crumple, we took it to Kevin and his team at Original Autobody in Somerville and they made it look like it never happened. Kevin and his mom are a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person and willing to go the extra mile (or in our case the extra 20 to take care of getting the sensors calibrated by the Subaru dealership in Acton to help us get our vehicle back sooner). I hope no one needs to go through the need for major auto body work, but if and when they do I would not hesitate to send them to Original Autobody!”

The folks in the office always have integrity, courtesy and treat customers like people. Never having been in an accident before, I decided to go with the insurance company suggesion and am so happy I did. The staff was very friendly, extremely professional and had the work finished when they said they would. On top of excellent work, they washed and cleaned my car inside and out - making this 11 year old Camry look brand new. “Wonderful people and my car was in better shape than before the accident (which was not my fault). They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all the communication with the other person’s insurance company, and I only had to get involved briefly when the appraiser didn’t show (they found more damages than originally thought once they began working on my car.) Convenient location right off the #73 bus line. Though I hope to never need their services again, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.”
“While my car was parked in a parking lot, I had the driver side door open, and another car hit it and ran. After that, the door didn't close properly. We took the car to several highly rated auto body shops, who gave estimates for repairing it ranging from $75-$200. The technician at Boyle's took one look at it, brought some special aligner, and fixed it in less than a minute! Amazing! He asked for $10, and we gave him $20.”
