Fred M Susan Auto Body is an excellent and fantastic shop, established in 1938. The team provides kind, trustworthy, and professional service. They are friendly and really great at what they do, going above and beyond expectations. They do perfect and excellent work, treating cars like their own and making them look brand new or fantastic. They handle issues with care, assist even when they cannot service a vehicle immediately, and offer helpful updates. Customers highly recommend them to anybody, noting no problems with insurance and a feeling that the shop understands how much they care about their vehicle.
Went for a quote on possible frame repair and they said I probably didn’t actually need that area fixed. A less scrupulous body shop would’ve just taken my money for a do-nothing job, but this place being so honest speaks volumes in my opinion.

They do a really nice job, timely and priced reasonably. Also, they work with the insurance company.
